Our office is offering Telehealth appointments for patients.
Patients can use 1) our patient port through Doxy.me or 2) use FaceTime on your iPhone.
If you are scheduled for a Telehealth appointment using our patient portal, please follow the instructions below:
1. Please go to http://doxy.me and click Sign Up for Free.
2. Select I'm A Patient.
3. Where it says To meet with your provider enter their Doxy.me link type "DrTank" and click Check-In.
4. Enter Your Name and it will send a notification to the doctor letting him know you are ready!
If you are scheduled for a Telehealth appointment using Facetime, the doctor will contact you via iPhone at your
appointed time.
**All patients will need to provide a current blood pressure, pulse and weight as well as a list of all medications and supplements you are taking BEFORE your scheduled appointment time. If not done, this may delay your appointment with the doctor. Our office staff will contact you prior to your appointment to collect a copay if owed.**
